All of our orders ship from San Diego, California, and we offer free shipping within the San Diego County area. We also ship to anywhere in the world, from which certain shipping rates may apply. Our in stock orders ship domestically within the intercontinental U.S. within 5-10 business days, and any orders not found in stock (back orders) may take up to 2-3 weeks. For all personalized, enhanced and special orders, the duration of your shipment may take 3-6 weeks depending on the specifications that the order consists of. Specifications of all special orders and back ordered items will be clarified to our customers by a qualified team representative at the point of sale. We will make sure that our customers receive confirmation and tracking information as soon as any purchases have been prepared for shipment.

We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone deemed necessary. Since all of our products are handcrafted and custom-made, all sales are final once the purchase is complete. All purchases are subject to a minimum required deposit of 50% for material and administrative costs, which is non-refundable. However, after receiving the items, we are more than happy to work out any changes or inconveniences with our customers' orders if the items received are not in compliance with the original order. It is our privilege to have the opportunity to serve you, so we ask that you please contact us to clarify all details in regards to your order prior to making your purchase. There is a 30-day exchange guarantee with original receipt for damages that may have been found in products during transport.
